“I’ve lost 15 pounds since getting my garden! It’s not just watching what you eat… it’s getting outside, which makes you feel better, which affects your mental well-being, which makes it easier to eat the way you want to eat. If it wasn’t for the garden I wouldn’t even be outside. Period. Truthfully, it gives me a reason to go outside and be active. You get such a boost from watching things grow. It’s good for your spirit. This has been such a huge gift. You have no idea.”
