Patricia & Isel Have a Home Garden!

Dear bonnie,

Patricia and Isel received their first garden from GRuB 10 years ago and they have been experiencing the joys and benefits of growing their own food ever since! Pat’s chronic health issues make it hard for her to engage in regular exercise, so her garden helps her to get moving and she loves being outdoors.

Because these gardens generally only last about 7 years, the family recently reconnected with GRUB to request the support needed for a new garden. Your donation has made this new garden possible!

Pat & Isel love the fresh food they get from their garden and they love to cook. They’re both looking forward to getting more involved with GRuB as volunteers and workshop attendees. It’s great to have them as long-time members of our extended family.
